The idea
The architectural composition draws on Krakatau and Anak Krakatau. Two mountain-like forms and their connecting bridge give the terminal a strong identity.
The experience
Waiting areas, retail and circulation are brought together around the passenger journey. The architecture connects the demands of movement with a sense of place.
