Differentdisciplines.One connectedmind.
ALIEN is an acronym of our four areas of expertise, with a hint of our vision in the N for Nusantara: our inspiring motherland, where we put our dreams and devotion into building a land of the future, one feature at a time.
Carefully crafted,like a spacecraft.
Inspired by the intense labour of creating a spacecraft, we treat every design with finesse, starting with extensive research before we draw a single idea. Calculation and precision follow, so each design is the best it can be before it is built, full of both engineering and creative decisions.
Bold.
Our commitment to clients is a series of exceptional thinking that leads to unique, fresh concepts. We are ready to put the usual limits aside and reach the unexpected through extensive, out-of-the-box studies. Every design combines years of experience with bold ideas, for a result that sets us apart.
Responsible.
We carry the bold concept through and deliver it as efficiently as possible: design decisions built on years of know-how, communicated and executed by our architects and engineers in coordination with the best contractors.
Sustainable.
As part of the sustainable movement, our approach weighs ecological factors, is executed with eco-friendly materials and is supported by the latest technology for energy efficiency in daily use.
