One of the tangible manifestations of this vision is the development of physical assets in the form of office buildings that enhance the bank's operations and services. A prime example is the Bank BTN Buah Batu Building, designed to provide a modern banking experience for the people of Bandung and the entire West Java region. The architecture of this building was entrusted to Alien Design Consultant, a firm that has successfully designed numerous Bank BTN properties, including key office locations in strategic areas.
The Inauguration of Bank BTN Buah Batu Building
After a meticulous construction process, the Bank BTN Buah Batu Building was officially inaugurated on Friday, February 28, 2025. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Bank BTN CEO Nixon LP Napitupulu, Head of Bank BTN West Java Regional Office Benjamen Sihombing, Bank BTN executives, and Alien Design Consultant CEO Hardyantony Wiratama with the executives.
With this inauguration, the Bank BTN Buah Batu Building is now ready to provide top-tier banking services, not only for the people of Bandung but also for the entire West Java region. This initiative aligns with Bank BTN's commitment to delivering more inclusive, innovative, and family-oriented financial services.
Architectural Concept: Harmony Between Space and Nature

This concept is realized through the optimization of natural lighting via glass facades and the integration of green spaces on the ground floor and rooftop. Given the relatively limited land area, the building’s massing follows the site’s contours to maximize space utilization. The curved corners reflect the Art Deco style, a characteristic architectural theme of Bandung. This design approach blends modernity with the city's rich architectural heritage.
Zoning & Function: Optimizing Space for Maximum Efficiency
The Bank BTN Buah Batu Building comprises four floors, designated for office and banking services. Additionally, a basement parking and rooftop area is provided to accommodate users' needs. The well-structured zoning ensures both operational efficiency and user comfort.
Glass Facade: Enhancing Aesthetics and Energy Efficiency
As a key exterior feature, the glass facade serves a dual purpose—maximizing natural light penetration while offering a sleek and modern appearance. The blue-tinted glass further strengthens Bank BTN’s brand identity, projecting a professional and futuristic image.
