The Leed Platinum Emerald Tower
BNI PIK 2 is the first BUMN building in Indonesia designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
Alien Design Consultant developed an iconic, sustainable, and future-ready headquarters that embodies The Icon of Emerald: a concept symbolizing clarity, prestige, and BNI’s premium identity.
With a project value of IDR 1.4 trillion, the design integrates ESG principles, smart technology, and a refined user experience.
A new benchmark for green and modern government architecture in Indonesia.
